Once someone casts a vote, he or she is automatically entered into the contest. People can vote once a month for the 10 months that the contest will last, for a total of 10 possible entries. At the end of those 10 months, on August 31, 2010, one winner will be randomly chosen from all of the entries. The winner will be notified by September 15, 2010 and drive away with a brand new 2010 Jeep Wrangler that they helped build.
The contest kicks off November 1, 2009 with the first category of products to vote on: Jeep tops. For one month, everyone will be able to go online and cast their vote on which of the three featured products they think should be installed on the Jeep. In this case, the choice will be between three different styles of doors to go with a Bestop Trektop: Element Doors, Element Doors with a Steel Enclosure, and 2-Piece Soft Doors. The one that receives the most votes will be installed and the following month will introduce a new Jeep category for people to vote on.
The only way to enter is to vote for one of the Jeep products each month. All contestants must be 18 years or older and they must include a valid email address to be eligible. Once a vote is submitted, contestants will receive an email with a coupon code that they can use to get a discount on Jeep parts at 4 Wheel Drive Hardware.
