ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world's largest developer and publisher of international standards, according to its website, www.ISO.org. Being ISO registered means MTCSC, Inc. demonstrates it focuses on its customers, has a process approach to doing business, and is committed to continual improvement. MTCSC, Inc. began working on becoming ISO registered in January, 2008 and spent a year and a half ensuring all processes and procedures were in compliance with the standard.
