The NCITS 322 test, the standards test for flexibility of over 100,000 flex cycles, was performed by Eclipse Laboratories. Eclipse analyzed the strength and durability of Innovatier's smart card packaging technique.

Innovatier uses multiple layers to complete the packaging scheme. The top and bottom printed overlays encase the inner core that can contain electronics. Its superior methods embed electronic components such as antennas, sensors and batteries into powered cards or tags.
