Stonemark Realty Building Executive Suites in North Las Vegas
Amid tremendous growth in North Las Vegas comes the need for more office space. Ann Executive Center - under construction now at Ann Professional Plaza near the master-planned community of Aliante - will offer business owners the opportunity to lease executive suites.
North Las Vegas (PRWEB) September 8, 2006 -- Ann Executive Center, owned by Michael Wronski of Las Vegas-based Stonemark Realty, is under construction at 3820 W. Ann Road in North Las Vegas.
Ann Executive Center will be comprised of individual executive suites leased to business owners, with utilities, maintenance, restrooms and conference areas shared among executive suite users.
Wronski said Ann Executive Center will be open by December, 2006. Wronski said he anticipates he will have about 20 tenants in the new executive suites, with most of the demand coming from real estate startups, mortgage companies, insurance agents and franchises.
Stonemark Realty also operates executive suites at 8668 Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas. Ann Executive Center is Wronski’s first development in North Las Vegas.
“There is a lot of interest in the Aliante area,” Wronski said.
Ann Executive Center is part of the first phase of the $30 million Ann Professional Plaza, being developed by Las Vegas-based Kennedy Commercial and located at the Northwest corner of Ann Road and Allen Lane.
Mike Kennedy, general partner of Kennedy Commercial, said residential build-out in the area around Ann Road and Allen Lane led to interest from business owners looking to office in the area.
“Money Magazine recently ranked North Las Vegas as 13th in the country for job growth. Many business owners want to work close to home in a professional office environment,” Kennedy said.
